After accomplishing my biggest fitness transformation, I took on the responsibility of helping others through independent consultation and customer coaching for Beachbody Clients. After using the Beachbody workouts on my own journey, I'm knowledgable in the best way to incorporate the exercises in to your daily process and how to get the most out of the programs.

Nutrition/Food Prep Sunday
After years of trying to eat like I did when I was a teenager, I had to finally face the fact that you can't outwork a bad diet. Sorry folks....diet truly is 80% of the journey. However, once I learned to incorporate the right supplements, control my portions and most importantly make healthy food taste delicious, I made huge strides with this struggle. All hope is NOT lost. If I can do it, so can you!!
The Dailly Grizzle
One of the biggest struggles with making a transition into health & fitness is learning how to incorporate these changes into your regular lives. So, I created The Daily Grizzle to show people how I work the balance of my health & fitness goals and the regular going-ons of being a husband, a parent and advocate of good times.
